Suburbicon is a silent and idyllic community in the suburbs with cheap homes and manicure lawns – the perfect place to start a family, and in the summer of 1959, the Loge family does just that. But the quiet surface masks the disturbing reality, because man and father Gardner Lodge (Matt Damon) must go through cities with dark movements of treason, fraud and violence.
